Watch to learn about the psychological toll of growing food insecurity on staff and volunteers in Sussex and beyond.

This webinar took place on 24 July 2025. The session explores how systemic failures in UK food policy are driving moral distress, burnout, and psychological harm in a workforce propping up a broken welfare system. We hear from Carl Walker and Stef Lake about their latest research on moral injury in staff and volunteers in food aid settings, and explore collective action.
